Registries and Manuals
Create the asset registry, group them into maintenance entities for a more streamlined planning. Consult the digital file of each object with all the technical information and the history of activities. Manage attachments with the Document Management System. You can also access the digital sheet directly from the BIM or CAD model and vice versa. And create the operational manual of the activities and services related to the asset.
Scheduled interventions
Plan the activities to be carried out or upload your suppliers’ plans for approval. View the activities to be carried out on the calendar and on the timeline. Generates the activity plans that flow into the operational management module to follow the execution process based on the expected implementation model. Define and monitor the budgets of each service.
Expectations and Budget
Manage the investment expectations of your internal clients on the properties. Map the application process and define the necessary information and authorisation steps, up to the approval of the investment.
Operational management
Manage the development of activities through specific workflows and processes according to the implementation model. Manage fee or warranty activities with service orders, procurement activities through requests for quotations, extra-fee activities through requests and work orders. And periodic high-frequency activities, manage them with operational plans.
