It is a leader in Italy in heavy prefabrication and specialises in tunnelling, construction of large bridges and viaducts where Construction processes are complex and involve numerous equipment necessary for construction site activities.
The requirements
Railway tunnelling and construction activities involve the use of extremely complex work machines, whose management is similar to that of real self-propelled factories.
The customer’s fleet includes over 4,500 vehicles, including vehicles and equipment used for on-site activities.
The technical-administrative obligations, the management of the use and the maintenance process of these pieces of equipment is very complex.
The need is therefore to structure the management through a “construction equipment fleet management software” and insert it into an organic framework that takes into account the multiple technical-operational needs.
